Addie Francis Ward Jennings departed this life on February 4, 2025 in Massachusetts. She was born on November 6, 1940 in Amelia County, Virginia to the family of the late McKinley Ward and Jennie Ward. She grew up in Nottoway County. She was the sixth child of eleven siblings. While in grade school she attended the Eleven Oaks Baptist Church. She was married to the late Floyd Jennings. To this union she was blessed with three children; the late Willie Ward (Bridgetta), the late Lewis Jennings, Barbara Jennings and her two loving granddaughters Ava Jennings and Alicia Allison. 

She leaves to cherish her memories; seven granddaughters, two grandsons, one grandson in-law and two deceased grandsons. She has three devoted sisters; Ardelia Vaughan, Carrie Anderson (Roscoe), and Millie Glover. One brother; McKinley Ward Jr. (Johnny); a host of great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
