Claude “Tommy” Thompson III of Amelia, age 61, passed away on January 8, 2026. He was born on December 21, 1964.

Tommy will be remembered for the life he lived and the memories he leaves behind. Those who knew him will remember him in their own way and hold onto the moments they shared with him. He enjoyed fishing and took pride in his work, both of which were important parts of his life.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Donna Baldwin, and his grandmother, Pauline Boyle. He is survived by his father, Claude Thompson Jr.; his daughters, Holly Phillips and Katie Hilton; his sister, Chryss Crawford; his three granddaughters; and his companion, Gloria Wright.
