Robert Gerald Cognata
Robert “Bob” Gerald Cognata, 78, of Amelia, entered into eternal rest Friday, March 17, 2023 at his residence.
He was born in New York to the late Sam and Ann Cognata and was also preceded in death by his wife, Christine Cognata, and his brother, Charlie.
He is survived by his children, Ryan and Jessie Cognata; grandchildren, Raeleigh and Aubrey Simmons, and River Reeves; sisters-in-law, Sue Hollywood and Dianne Cognata; nephews, Michael, Kevin and Christopher; and nieces, Sarah and Betsy.
He owned Bob’s Repair Service in Amelia for many years.
