A few of my fondest memories with Aunt Mary include the times she would make lemon meringue pies and deviled eggs for family gatherings or celebrations.
We used to listen to Luther Vandross (one of her favorites) while dancing, laughing, and just having a great time.
One time Uncle Binky & Aunt Mary took me out to fly my brand new kite. A big gust of wind caught it, and I lost grip of the handle. Aunt Mary took off running, caught it, and brought it back for me. (smile)
We spent quite a few weekends in Amelia playing tonk, 21, spades, and Uno... all the while surrounded by family and laughter.
She truly enjoyed music, family, and life. I will miss her. I am thankful to have so many more memories of our time together. Rest In Peace
