Julia Georgette Starke, was born January 20, 1962, to the late Frank Lee Starke and Yolanda (Bug)

Booker Starke. Julia earned her heavenly wings on Monday, March 16, 2020.

She was educated in the Richmond Public School system and graduated from John Marshall High School in 1980. Julia furthered her education by attending J. Sergeant Reynolds Community College after high School. She joined the Brightside Baptist Church at an early age.

Julia worked as an Administrative Assistant for the FBI for 31 years and had recently retired prior to her passing. Julia loved to read, the movies, travel and being around family.

She leaves to cherish her memories; sisters Felicia S. Barlowe, and Flossie Strake; Aunts, Ethel Booker and Doris Booker; A host of devoted nieces, nephews, cousins, and other loving relatives and friends.
