Kathleen Ellen Dale Carrillo, age 71, departed her earthly life on September 30, 2024 at her residence in Crew, VA.
She was a retired mental health counselor from Powhatan, VA.
She was survived by her husband Frank Carrillo, two sons; John Paul Wood (Nicole), David Wood, two daughters; Kitty Krahn, Tara Wood, Sister; Charlene French, brothers; Raymond, Timothy, and Robert Dale (Jennifer), John Jesse Wheeler (Charlotte), ten grandchildren, four great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends.
Memorial Service will be announced at a later date.
