Delonte’ Edward Dowtin, Jr., born to Delonte’ Sr. And Denisha Lashae Dowtin on August 7,2020 at St. Francis Medical Center, Richmond Virginia. Oh what a bundle of joy God created! He was a good, sweet baby for the short but loving time God gave him to us.
