Obituary of Grandison Booker

Grandison Booker was born on December 14, 1926 to the late George and Fannie Booker in Amelia, Virginia.

He was educated in the public schools of Amelia County.  At an early age he had a desire to serve the Lord, was baptized at Chester Grove Baptist Church where he was an usher until he moved to New York.  He retired from NYC Housing Authority and was also a NYC taxi driver. He relocated back to Amelia after retirement.

Grandison loved hunting, fishing, and going to church.  He loved having his daughters come visit him in Amelia.

Left to cherish his memories, devoted daughters, Michelle and Erika , loving son, Jimmy and Clifton; grandchildren, great grandchildren, sisters and brothers, sisters and brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
