James Lewis Love Obituary

James Lewis Love was born on September 2, 1930 to the late Louise Love.  He was raised by his aunt the late Mrs. Minnie Brown.  


James attended schools in Nottoway County.  After leaving school he had many jobs to help his family.  


James was drafted into the United States Army where he served 21 months serving in the Korean War.  He was tank driver.  After he was discharged from the Army he had many jobs including working in the Coal Mines in West Virginia.


After moving from Crewe to Farmville, Virginia, James lived peacefully until an injury sent him to the Woodland Nursing Home where he resided for the last five years.  


James entered into eternal rest at the VCU Hospital on February 12, 2021 after a brief illness.


He leaves many cousins and friends to cherish his memory.
