Obituary of Syletha Taylor Bell

Please share a memory of Syletha to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.

Syletha Taylor Bell was born on November 18, 1968, to the late Goldie Love and George Taylor.  She was educated in the public schools of Prince Edward County and Richmond, Virginia. She received her GED later.

“Lisa” as she called, grew up in Richmond and later moved to Blackstone where she met and married her husband, James Bell.  They later relocated back to Richmond where she worked and took care of her dog.  She loved music, animals, drawings, and hanging out with her nieces and nephews.  Lisa had her own bond with everybody.  To know her was to love her.  She was always the life of the party.

Lisa was preceded in death by her parents, grandparents, brother Kervin Johnson, and sister, Salena Taylor.

Lisa leaves to cherish her memories, husband, James Bell; two dogs, Jade and Cowboy; grandmother, Dorothy Madison; two sisters, her twin Sylinda Johnson (Kick) and Stephanie Watson; two brothers, Andre Johnson (Gloria), Michael Johnson; two aunts, Brenda Madison and Carol Jackson; uncle, John Madison; nieces, a devoted Lakeisha Claiborne (Torry); nephews, cousins; sister-in-law, Patricia Taylor (Lewis); two brothers-in-law, Mark and Robert Bell; god-mother, Alma Dodson; two god-sisters, Rita Dodson and Delphnie Grey; god-brother, Cory Dodson; other relatives and friends.
